Good morning everyone!
Last night I got some sleep! Yay! I am feel really good actually today. Not only mentally but physically.
I also did a little mirror scan and I feel like my body is starting to change. My hips are still wide but they’re starting to slide off a bit, stomach is more flat and not so bludgy, my thighs are smoothing out. So it’s all good!
I think I’m going to go to the book store today, look at some more good PD books. I also have to do another training module for coaching, some PD and my workout.
Well bottom line I didn’t get anything done today except for my shake and workout. I did go see a friend though which was nice. Oh well, we have to those days sometimes!
